Minds Be offers a counselling and psychotherapy service to adults and adolescents. Our approach is relational, warm, open minded and compassionate.

As a registered member with BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) we adhere to their ethical framework to deliver professional counselling and psychotherapy to all our clients. 

 

Our modality is Integrative. This means we are Person Centred and we combine other relevant psychological, scientific and theoretical schools of thought such as Psychodynamic, Existential and Cognitive Behavioural to clinically formulate our work with you. 

 

Sessions can take place online or in person and can be booked as a single session or multiple sessions on a weekly basis depending on your requirements.
